- No. Legacy Crest Equity LLC is a real estate investment company. We do not provide brokerage services and are not acting as your agent.
- Does submitting my property obligate me to sell?
- No. Submitting information simply starts a review. There is no cost and no obligation.
- Will every property receive an offer?
- No. Every property is evaluated individually, and not every property will be a fit.
- How are closings handled?
- Closings are coordinated through a title company or closing attorney, and all agreements are documented in writing.
- Do you buy properties directly?
- In some transactions we acquire property directly. In others, we may assign our contractual rights to a third-party buyer.
- Is there a fee to join the buyer network?
- No. Submitting your acquisition criteria is free.
