You submit property details. We review the property individually, considering condition, location, timing, and your objectives. If we believe we can provide a solution, we contact you to discuss potential next steps. Any agreement is documented in writing, and closing is coordinated through a title company or closing attorney.
You submit your acquisition criteria, including markets, property types, price range, strategy, and condition tolerance. When a property matches your criteria, we send the opportunity with the available property information so you can evaluate it on your own terms.

In certain transactions we may acquire properties directly, and in others we may assign contractual rights to a third party.
